A LOT of recent registrations don't have photos attached.
I think this makes it very hard for the rest of the members to form an opinion about the person behind the anonymous image.
Perhaps they don't have one handy, or one they want to use, BUT, it also makes the site harder for others.
This places me in a slight quandry:

Increase your exposure. Your Account Blog
